Who we are

What we collect

When you buy: Stripe shares with us your email, name, country and the payment details needed to identify the transaction (never your full card number). We use them to deliver your files, offer the one-click add-on, provide support and keep basic accounting records.

Visit counts: we count page visits and checkout steps anonymously, using a random ID stored in your browser. We don't store your IP address for this.

Advertising measurement: we use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure which ads lead to purchases. When you buy, we send Meta a hashed (encrypted one-way) version of your email and country, the purchase value, and technical data such as your browser type and IP address. Meta processes this under its own privacy policy. You can manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.

Who processes data for us

Stripe (payments), Resend (order emails), Cloudflare (hosting), Meta (ad measurement). Each handles only what it needs for its part.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal data or share it beyond the processors above, except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept as long as needed for support, refunds and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to ad measurement, by emailing us. We reply within 30 days.

Children

This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
